Chris Scruggs\, Dennis Crouch\, Jeff Taylor\, and Nate Leath gracefully traverse through the history-rich sounds of both retro and modern Nashville\, giving the album an innovative yet familiar sound. \nThorn tips a proverbial hat to her idols\, spanning from Bob Wills to The Ronettes and Howlin’ Wolf. Her melodic\, quirky\, and evocative songwriting style cherishes traditional elements from legacy artists while proudly showcasing her fresh approach. Somebody New was released independently on September 13th\, 2024. \n\n \nJade Brodie will be opening the night with a set her gorgeous and tough songs.  Her songs are recognizable as well as transporting\, as she weaves together tales of her working life in railroad work and cowboying and her emotional refrains of what it means to her.  Her songs are catchy\, forceful\, and melodic\, much like the land and work she has engaged in.  Earlier this year she released her much adored album “Horse Money.”  She is a delight to see perform.  Come see her again\, or for the first time.  You won’t be disappointed.
