Local Band Special with Regional Guests

High Desert Habit is a Winnemucca-grown country-rock band that plays a variety of covers and original songs about their experiences in Northern Nevada.  These three friends picked up instruments in 2017 and haven’t looked back.  Starting with local bars and restaurants, grinding through regional tours, and starting their own festival, the band has earned a wide fan-base and honed their honky tonk craft. Recently they have been churning out noteworthy originals that our audiences will really enjoy.   A 7-song Live Ep entitled “Honky Tonks and Tattoo Shops” was released in 2023.  They are currently working on their follow-up album “Sage Colored Glasses.”  Bring your tapping shoes and be ready to have a good time with these local gems.

Opening up for HDH will be The DD, a duo from the Virginia City area.  Doug Sandall and Dale Poune have been writing and performing songs for 3 years. Together they give audiences colorful stories, humor and original songs.
